Ok, it's late, I'm wicked tired, and I paid good money to get some sleep in this motel room, so I'm gonna make this one quick. The highlight of today was most definitely having lunch with my old friend Katie Schrack. She's a med student at Thomas Jefferson University. I met up with her at Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia where she's on rotation. (She's on call and she really got one of those doctor pages and had to go call in) (and she has a stethoscope. I'm not sure how often she uses it. I didn't ask.)

Anyway, it was really good to see her even if only for about an hour. I'm proud to have a friend like Katie. She's awesome. Here are some photos of her in scrubs.

Anyhow, I'm falling asleep. I'm in Gettysburg right now, but haven't seen anything yet. Had dinner at a cool Irish pub. I'll say more about Gettysburg tomorrow. Also, tomorrow is my drive down Skyline Drive in the Appalachians!
