It’s the end of day three, but I’m writing about day two. At first, I thought about starting this entry by saying “Today I…”, but started to feel guilty. It was yesterday, and I’m not going to try and fool myself, or you guys, for that matter. Anyhow, I hung out with Lazar during the day yesterday. We rented 12 monkeys. Sick movie, especially on a humongous TV. On my way out of town Lazar and I headed up to 96th st. to meet up with my buddy Tian and a friend of his, who, coincidentally, is Serbian (as is Lazar). So, that was interesting. Lots of Slavic-talk.
From there I headed down to Norristown, PA, where Lori’s brothers live. Lori and I headed down to this awesome bar in Philly called Monk’s.

We walked around center city for a bit, saw city hall (see above), then headed back up to Norristown (where, incidentally, I attended a wedding a year or so ago).
When we got back we heard an owl and I swore I saw it sitting on a chimney across from where we were parked, so I started taking long-exposure photos of it, even though I couldn’t see it clearly in the dark. Then we started walking, caught it in a different light, and realized it was a satellite dish. Laughs were had by all.
